We're bringing a hefty dose of holiday cheer(s) with creative limited-time cocktails. Sip Santa glasses of coconut rum-spiked Coquitos, wine-infused “Mulled Fashioneds,” wintry Lambrusco spritzes in glass snowmen, Christmas trees filled with sage-and-warm-spiced Palomas, mesquite honey hot toddies and more.
And for festive group celebrations, order up a Shot-Mas Tree: a mini decorated tree brought to the table with hanging ornaments filled with spirit shots.

Bigger & better than ever before, we've transformed our space into a southwest holiday pop-up inspired by our desert hometowns & family traditions.
Find hundreds of dangling ornaments & lush pine garlands, fiery chimineas, illuminated luminarias, glowing lanterns, cactus Christmas trees, sparkling string lights, hanging stars, wreaths & tinsel, plus a heavily-heated and covered back garden patio forwarm & comfortable outdoor dining no matter the weather!

It's soup season, which means our New Mexico-meets-Texas style Tortilla Soup and a spiced-up Ancho Lime Tomato Soup (paired with a smoked brisket-studded herb-crusted grilled cheese) return for the cold months!
And for the first time ever, our famous holiday-only Christmas Enchiladas (Chef Smith’s hometown holiday tradition -- beef and cheese-stuffed corn tortillas smothered in red and green hatch chile sauces) will be available in individual portions for dine-in guests throughout the pop-up.
